Laminate is a durable and easy-to-clean material which usually requires very little maintenance. Carry out regular cleaning using a clean, lint-free, soft cloth, wrung in lukewarm, clean water.

Guidance
Guardian Laminate Cleaner is used on all laminate surfaces where it cleans the surface, deep-cleans, degreases and removes many stains. Spray a thin, even layer onto the item at a distance of approx. 20 cm and polish using a soft, lint-free cloth. We advise against the use of kitchen towel. A soft brush may be advantageously used on rough or uneven surfaces.

Tips

  • We advise against using aggressive cleaning agents (acetone, benzine and the like).
  • Powerful chemicals, red wine, ink, beet juice, fruit juices, and the like may cause discolouration and should therefore be removed as soon as possible.
  • Avoid using scouring power, steel wool and other abrasive cleaning agents, as these may scratch the surface.
  • Never use detergent, as this may leave the surface greasy.
  • Brown soap and soap shavings unsuited for cleaning laminate, as they leave a film that dulls the surface.
  • Always use placemats to protect the surface from warm, damp, coloured or sharp objects.
